Hi ALL,
Please let me know when we try to connect to the server with the initial login,when we test connection it is showing it could not connect with server and also when we try to ping the server it is up and all services are running.Please let me know what to do and it is under priority.

Hi Rune,
The version we do is 7.2 and in ARIS Designer when we try to connect in the first step after adding the server ,when we click next we are getting the error.Please let me know what to be done.

Did you check that both firewalls are open for the required ports?
See page 9 in the attached document "Supported Platforms" which can be found on the ARIS 7 DVD in folder .\Docs\ENU.

Please provide more information about which products and versions you are referring to, and also which error messages did you get (text, screenshots).
Without such basic information no one is able to give any advice, except that for technical issues using ARIS you better contact Global Support ARIS at Software AG.
