Are there preset dashboards / analyses for admins that show whether a user has not been active in ARIS for a long time? The purpose of this is so that we can withdraw the licence from these users on request.
If there are no preset dashboards / analyses, what is the easiest way to create such a query? By report or by visualised dashboard?

German: Ich bin nicht sicher was du mit "UMC" meinst. Muss ich zur Nutzung etwas einstellen im System oder ist das im Standard enthalten? Ist UMC ein Modelltyp?
English: I'm not sure what you mean by “UMC”. Do I have to set something in the system to use it or is it included as standard?

you need functional permissions to User Management Central UMC view in order to export user statistics.

Hello Stephan,
UMC user account activites are not directly accessible as a source for queries or dashboard data feeds.
But from the UMC you can export user statistics for the event "Login successful" and a selected timespan as CSV. Then compare it in XL against the report of all "users with assigned privileges".
