Hello, I´m new to the forum, and if I'm not asking for help where it is.
My problem is I have to model the process in a fairly small area and I need that by default the size of one of the symbols is smaller than the default. Is there an option where you can set this up once and every time you need to make a model, not to change it manually.

are you using ARIS Express or the full ARIS products?
In both cases you can define a fragment for this purpose and use this every time you want to insert the smaller icon.

Hi I am new to ARIS, unfortunately have to support users. I do not have clear concepts of ARIS but resolving issues by visiting various websites, though it takes very log time but so for sucessfull in resolving some of the issue.
Please help me to understand and resolve following issues:
1. Would it be possible to change or add a language label for model and objects attributes? pleas send me the link to proper page, if possible
2. export / import missing items from database
3. How to get a list of possible attributes for the object of type: function.
4. How to add some attributes to capture KPIs.
5. Aris application not able to change the attributes, user had access before to change attribute

How does one add a row to a Whiteboard in ARIS Express? I am able to add a column, but when I select to add a row I get an error message saying, "Unable to find row/column type to insert." Is this a limitation of ARIS Express, or is there setup required to enable this feature?
ARIS LINK Issue

Currently our nightly job run daily to publish the aris business models into business publisher. But our export job not enables the links in business publishers. Its still shows as text, link1 on link2 is checked for the profile. Please let me know how to enable the links in export job script. We are using ARIS7.2 version

I think a simpler approach would be to modify the required symbol under Administration\Configuration. Supposedly you can design user-defined symbols in AMF format using ARIS Symbol Editor. I've not done this and its pretty advanced territory.
However if you are actually wanting to change the default size of (say) a task image, that is a lot easier via Administration\Configuration\Templates. Choose your template (say, BPMN 2.0) and click next until you get to Select Symbol Appearance - where you can change the 'symbol' size like the task image. I found the changing the base 'Task' image all of the related task types also default to the adjusted size.
I hope this helps. I'm pretty new to ARIS, but managed to find my way to this technique.

1) How do I inset a Hyperlink into an already generated XLS-File via Report? The Method (Cell).setHyperlink(Label, Target) doesn't work as posted in the ARIS-Help.
2) Which Help-Topics are already available for the Dialog-Button "help" and how do I integrate / call them via script? What
3) Where has the Report-Dialog Editor gone in the new BA Version?? Does IDS want me to manually code Coordinates within the Dialogs?? This is not very user-friendly dont you think?
4) Is there a possibility to use e.g. Eclipse for the Dialogs?
There are so many questions, this are the most burning ones atm.
