I am facing an error with viewing the models in ARIS Publisher. All the Users can log in to the ARIS Publisher but cannot view the models as shown in the attached screenshot.
Any clue what might solve this?

Hi Sundus,
Have you included "EPC(Column)" models in the publishing filter? If not then please add the model type number of "EPC (Column) and try.
