Can you kindly help me out? I would like to download ARIS Architect @ my MacBook.
I tried downloading, but it doesn't work. Is there any different step/process for ios?

actually, ARIS Architekt should run meanwhile with MacOS.
But only as download client, not installable.

Yes, the "download client" is working now (Aris 10 SR 12 , macos BigSur 11.2 , latest openjdk installed with homebrew on my side)
