Hi, 

I have another question first: why does your query start on a VAC level when you try to assess information for an EPC? I would always reduce complexity first.

Then, I haven't tested it, but maybe you could use the if formula? 

...but perhaps you can explain your query a bit more first :)

for your first question: You should place all the Parts from the graphical query in the table.

in your case in Tab Activity Attributes: 

• A4: Value-added chain diagram (Hide column)
• b4: Function (Hide coloumn)
• c4 (Process Name | Value Chain Model): EPX (row display)
• d4 (Process Number |Number): EPC (row display) (Pr...)
• e4 (Activity): Function
• f4 (Type of | Activit...): Function (A....)
• g4 (Step is VA | Step is...): Function (S..

The columns you dont want to display, can be hide

Now you have to connect the individual cells with the previous ones:

in e4 this has to be c4.

for your second question:

In my opinion, there are two options:

1. You use the dashboard component to create and display respective metrics within each process (context-sensitive dashboard).
2. You use a formula in the query that you output in an Excel cell.

If you need the first option, I can show you how to do it. For the second option, I'll try to demonstrate it with an example from our side.

The query is meant to identify processes where the process attribute "Status" is maintained or not.
A4 outputs the process. B4 is necessary to filter out a certain attribute from the process with the formula: 

• =QUERY_ATTRIBUTE_VALUE(A4, QUERY_ATTRIBUTE("1fca65d1-e2da-11ee-7126-7268366c9a82")). 

Since the attribute "Status" is custom-made, the ID is the longer number combination. In column B, depending on the process, a value will be output or the field will remain EMPTY if the status attribute of the process has no content.
I now want to know how many processes have the attribute maintained (NOT EMPTY) and how many processes do not have the attribute maintained (EMPTY).
For this purpose, I have created two helper columns E and F.

• E: Formula: =IF(B4<>"", 1, 0) -> If B4 is NOT EMPTY (<>""), then place a 1, otherwise place a 0.
• F: Formula: =IF(B4="", 1, 0) -> If B4 is EMPTY (""), then place a 1, otherwise place a 0.

Then I calculate the sum of each helper column in cells H1 (Sum of NOT EMPTY) and H2 (Sum of EMPTY).

In the screenshot, you can see the query and the spreadsheet with the formulas:

The result after executing the query is shown here:

• Number of processes with maintained attribute = 53
• Number of processes where the attribute is not maintained = 99

You can now apply this to your case.

Example for "Manual Tasks":
Create a helper column (e.g., column G) with the formula in G4:
=IF(F4="Manual Task", 1, 0)
This checks if the value in F4 is "Manual Task" and places a 1 if true, otherwise 0.
Then, evaluate the column by summing it up in a cell, for example in H1:
=SUM(G4:G...)
Now H1 contains the total number of Manual Tasks

I hope it is explained clearly. It is quite possible that it also works more simply. However, my option works perfectly for me
