ARIS Business Publisher 7.2 working in a virtual machine created by VMware ESXi 5 server

We are current consolidating the datacentre servers using VMware ESXi 5 virtualization. Wonder will there be any issue in converting an existing Win 2008 server running ARIS Business Publisher 7.2 to work in a virtual machine created by VMware ESXi 5 server?
