Link to document on lotus notes doesn't work on ARIS Publisher

I have an issue with link to document on lotus notes in ARIS Publisher 9.8.

Example : the link 1 attribute is populated with :

"Notes://RIS1/C12570DC0049FF14/F7DF62FD4CCA5B7EC12570A10051540E/ECEA93FA7FDCE845C12574EB0035F995"

The link doesn't work from ARIS Publisher.

Do you have a solution to solve this issue?

Hi Tatiana,

have you tried opening this document from ARIS database itself. Also does your publisher support this type of file. If proper extensions are not added then publisher wont recognise the file. Also check if link has correct name as in small letters or bold. It should be the exactly as the document's name
