Hello,
I am unable to connect to an ARIS server. Upon expanding the server folder, the application hangs and I received the following error:
Unable to connect to server. There is no service available for the port you specified.
Please advise.

Hi Tri,
There can be various reasons. The information you have provoded here is limited to find the root cause. Probably the services might not have started. Check the windows services for ARIS business server once on the server machine. Also, check the server log files. This should give some more information to check the cause of the error.

Hi Tri,
Can you send log files under C:\Users\<USERNAME>\ARIS71\log? Some possible reasons are server down, firewall...etc
