I have a question regarding the report function of the Analysis of times. When I create the report of the time analysis I have multiple rows with the same function and processing time, and that leads to a wrong result.
You can find the .pdf file of the report in the attachment.
I can be wrong but maybe the reason is the organizational connection or the organizational responsibility?
Example: The function "calling customer service department" implements two organizational elements, the customer service department AND the salesmen. But I just want the salesmen to appear in the report with the processing time, not the customer service department. If both organizational elements appear in the report, it duplicates my processing time :(
I hope you know what I mean, I can't find the mistake.
