Hi Fellows,

 

Everytime that I try to install the Aris express, after running the setup. The Following error happens:

Someone knows why this happens?

I cleaned the Java Cache, try to install another time, but always happen this error!

ARIS Express does not work with Java 7; solutions:

  • permanently downgrade Java from Java v7 (v1.7) to Java v6 (1.6)
  • temporary disable Java v7 on your machine and start ARIS

Inorder temporarly disable Java v7 go to Control Panel->Java->Java tab->View button and disable Java v7
