I am currently working on creating a dashboard in ARIS; however, I am experiencing challenges with the data feeds not connecting to the database. Although I have confirmed that all required licenses are assigned and active, the dashboard does not retrieve or display any data. It appears that the data source is not linking correctly to the underlying database. I would appreciate guidance on possible configuration issues, required privileges, service dependencies, or database settings that could be preventing the data feed from establishing a successful connection.
Training videos are using a different version to the version i am using, as it is still a challenge to close this
