Hello Frank Weyand,I found other threads on this board where you resolved user issues. The Acitvation Wizard does not complete the task of registering the installation.

Hello Mr Frank Weyland,
I have attempted to launch the wizard on my personal laptop and receive the same Java IO error.
When I copies the registeration address I receive the following error: XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.
So It appears there is incorrect configuration that launches the registration.

Hi, I launch ARIS Express for the first time and get to the stage where I enter username and password.
After that I get a never ending blue spinning wheel.
ANy ideas?

Usually, if that happens, the call to the community to check the account is blocked. Please contact your IT.

hi < I am facing the blue wheel spinning issue after i entered the user name and password. the wheel is spinning without any progress to next step.
i also tried to login to the community and then download the exe file. , this option also didnt work for activation
