Before we start a discussion about leadership, I have two questions for you. :-) Have you already unlocked the Supporter achievement? Or have you tried this simple exercise from the blog post about Motivator badge? If yes, then you must have already clicked the Heart icon somewhere on our website. If not, then I have a little hint for our new community members. The Heart/Like button is under every Blog post, Forum question, comment, Video or Quick video, so under almost every type of content. If you like what you read or watch, giving a Like is the easiest way to give positive feedback.
And here comes my next question. What is true leadership? There are many descriptions, but you could look at it another way. You could see it as a positive impact. In the ARIS community, we value supportive and successful leaders and for every one of them there is the Opinion Leader badge.
With this achievement, you will become an ARIS Community member who:
- is most successful in supporting other members,
- inspires confidence in others,
- is the best in giving positive feedback,
- makes a real and positive impact on our ARIS Community.
How to become an Opinion Leader?
Give more than 50 likes to any content you find interesting, valuable, useful, brain stimulating, helpful or funny. Express your opinion.
There is also one more way to become a leader of the ARIS Community – you can start collecting points that reflect your activity and level of expertise and BMP skills. The Weekly/All-time Leaderboard can be found on the right sidebar. The Opinion Leader badge earns you 25 points, and it is a promising start to this gamification. And don’t forget about the rest of our badges. As we already know, more badges mean more fun… :-D Or the more badges, the more experience.
