All ARIS Express models

Der Leitgedanke zum Projekt D115 ist, dass die öffentliche Verwaltung unter einer einzigen Telefonnummer kompetente Auskünfte über ihre Leistungen geben kann.

2007 wurden die Weichen für das Projekt D115 gestellt: Die Bundesnetzagentur hat die Rufnummer zugeteilt. Experten haben Modellregionen ausgewählt und ein Grobkonzept der einheitlichen Behördenrufnummer formuliert.

2008 hat eine Projektgruppe aus Bundesministerium des Innern (BMI) und dem Land Hessen gemeinsam mit Experten aus Städten, Ländern und Bund ein Feinkonzept erarbeitet. Darin sind die technischen und organisatorischen Rahmenbedingungen für den Pilotbetrieb festlegt. Das Feinkonzept wurde am 26. September 2008 veröffentlicht.

Am 24. März 2009 startete das Projekt D115 in den Modellregionen. Es folgt über einen Zeitraum von rund zwei Jahren eine Pilotphase. Weitere Kommunen, Landes- und Bundesverwaltungen im gesamten Bundesgebiet sollen laut Bund an D115 teilnehmen und an den D115-Verbund angeschlossen werden. (Quelle: http://www.d115.de)

Der hier zu betrachtende Prozess ist als ein Teil einer Blaupause zur Umsetzung des D115-Projektes zu verstehen. 

Kurzbeschreibung: Der Supportprozess D115 - First Level Support beschreibt die Bearbeitung eines Anrufs über die einheitliche Behördennummer unter Angabe aller notwendigen technischen wie auch personellen Ressourcen. Der Prozess beginnt mit dem Eingang des Anrufs oder mit dem Vorliegen notwendiger Vorinformationen zur Dienstleistung und endet mit der Auswertung der Daten oder der Abgabe der Fristüberwachung an der Second Level Support.

An dieser Stelle soll die Möglichkeit gegeben werden das Modell zu diskutieren, eigene Entwürfe dagegen zu stellen, Kommentare abzugeben oder Inspirationen zu sammeln.

For those of you who are new to modelling I would like to show you what ARIS Express can do for you - I played around a little and created the following data model diagram of a typical purchase order.

The data model diagram is one of the seven model types that are currently supported by ARIS Express. Data model diagrams describe data objects and how different data objects are related to each other. Every data object has one or more attributes that describe it. As you can see, there are different kinds of attributes - for example, a primary key attribute is a unique identifier for data objects of the same kind: in our example on the left, every "vendor" entity has a vendor code that uniquely identifies it. A "purchase order" object then references a vendor by its code through the according foreign key attribute.

Note how the line connects the two objects - on both ends you can see symbols. In this case they mean that every purchase order has exactly one vendor and vendors can be referenced by zero or more purchase orders.

ARIS Express comes with a couple of example models of each model type, just like the one above – That way, you’ll know where and how to begin right away!

This is a more complex model I am working on.  It really needs swim lanes to be understood.  Adding these was a tedious process using the free form boxes.  I am hoping there is a better way.  Has anyone found a better way to do this?

Here's how that process works in my company and how I run it several times a day.

Following the concept of end-to-end processes I named this process Prepare-to-Consume.

Die EU-DL-RL ist eine Richtlinie der Europäischen Union, welche dazu dienen soll, die Anmeldung eines Gewerbes international zu vereinheitlichen und durch IT-Unterstützung zu vereinfachen. Aus diesem Grund soll ein Einheitlicher Ansprechpartner geschaffen werden. Dieser soll alle dienstleistungsbezogenen Verfahren und Formalitäten behördenübergreifend abwickeln. Es muss somit eine vollelektronische Abwicklung sichergestellt sein. Die EUDLRL betrifft alle Dienstleistungen, welche nicht explizit ausgenommen sind. Es kann im Kontext der Richtlinie zwischen Supportverfahren, Informationsverfahren und Anmeldeverfahren unterschieden werden. 

Bei den Informationsverfahren wird zwischen mittelbaren und unmittelbaren Verfahren unterschieden.

Die unmittelbaren Verfahren umfassen eine direkte Auskunft des Einheitlichen Ansprechpartners an den Dienstleister oder eine Selbstinformation des Dienstleisters.

Kurzbeschreibung: Der Dienstleister gibt detailliert Auskunft zu seinem gewünschten Gewerbe ab. Der einheitliche Ansprechpartner nimmt die Anfrage entgegen und übermittelt dem Dienstleister die gewünschten Informationen auf elektronischem Wege.

An dieser Stelle soll die Möglichkeit gegeben werden das Modell zu diskutieren, eigene Entwürfe dagegen zu stellen, Kommentare abzugeben oder Inspirationen zu sammeln.

Today is a big day for us, because we just released a new and important feature here in ARIS Community. As of today, you can upload and share your BPM models with everyone. Just create a model in ARIS Express, save the file, and upload it to ARIS Community.

To have a running example, see the model on the left. The model shows the structure of the German government as of today. There is also a link added to each person to get further information. For example, select Germany's chancellor Angela Merkel and press F7 key.

If you have installed ARIS Express already, you can click on the model to open it in ARIS Express. The picture on the left shows only a small preview of the model so that you get an impression what you will see if you download the model.

Now it is your chance to share models with all members of ARIS Community. If you have a question about a certain modelling aspect, you can now easily provide an example to be discussed. No need to create and post screenshots anymore.

We hope that you like this new feature. We now have all technologies in place to create a public model repository so that sharing BPM best practices becomes possible. We hope that this will help fostering mainstream adoption of BPM.
