I've almost finished my work, but today I try to open the file and it doesn't open and keeps loading for hours.
Can anyone help me open my adf file?
I don't want to lose all the work I've done and do it all over again.
I have already tried to install the latest version of ARIS Express.

Hi! I worked at Aris Express, but my electricity was cut off. After turning on the computer, the file opening with an error. I tried to open a file with the .JFIF extension, but it didn't work.

The file you uploaded is neither a valid .ADF file for ARIS Express nor is there any usuable content. i am afraid that your work is lost.

Not a right adf datatype.
Please help me, it's a part of my Bachelors degree. And I really need it.

Das Datenschutz-Management-System regelt Punkte wie z.B.:
Es besteht generell nach Art. 5 Abs. 2 DSGVO die Nachweispflicht zur Einhaltung des Datenschutzes. Demnach obliegt es jedem selbst dies zu gewährleisten. Ich mache dies mit meinem eigensgeschaffenem DSMS.
Das wurde erstellt mit einem Modellierungstool ARIS EXPRESS.
Das DSMS beinhaltet alle relevanten Prozesse, Datenflüsse und Dokumente in einem “Überblicks-Modell”, einer sogenannten Landkarte, um bei einer Anfrage durch die Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde schnell Fragen beantworten zu können.
Die Landkarte bildet dabei die Basis. Alle notwendigen Informationen, sind verlinkt.

Natürlich muss jeder seine eigenen Informationen hinterlegen. Deshalb ist auch hier nur die Basis-Landkarte verfügbar.

I am unable to open two of five models that I have created so far. I am not sure why those two do not open in Aris Express.
Is this a problem with the file? Can I salvage my work? I have attached copies for reference. Your response is appreciated in advance.

ARIS Express saves models in its .ADF file format. Those files are are actually ZIP files. So you can inspect their content via 7-Zip, WinZip etc.
However, your both ADF files were not stored properly. They are both saved in the graphic file format JFIF. When you change their file name extension from .ADF to .JFIF you could open them with a picture viewer. And actually the both seem identical.
So the only way to rescue your modeling work seems to me that you remodel that content you get displayed from your JFIF picture.

The DSMS contains all relevant processes, data flows and documents in a map so that questions can be answered quickly in the event of an enquiry by the data protection supervisory authority.

The following is an overview of the used IT, the processes for compliance with data protection and the rights of data sufferers.
I have listed all relevant IT "systems" according to data person-related processing. These are linked to corresponding processing processes.
These processes describe how I comply with data protection. Data models are also linked. These data models show the entities used with the corresponding attributes. So I can see exactly which data is used in which processing.
In the "TOM's and Security Package", all information is summarized in a whiteboard and displayed in columns, sorted according to topics such as data security, data deletion, etc. This gives me an overview of the measures I have implemented that are relevant to my business.
Through this construct I have created a tool that contains all necessary information centrally and makes it available quickly.

I have faced with Unable to Save Model error. When I have saved the ADF file again, no errors occurred.
By opening the ADF file, I see only a part of my model, but size of file and preview miniature are corresponds to the full model. I assumes the all data has been saved, but not showed due error in file.
Could you please help? Are there any way to repair my model?

Fails to correctly open a file created by ARIS Express.
On preview I see full model, but after opening I available only part of the model. This is 1/10 of the work done. The other 9/10 as if it were not drawn. Please help. Day of work lost :(
