Let's celebrate: ARIS Community welcomes 20,000th member!

I almost can´t believe it but today ARIS Community can welcome the 20,000th member! Since the launch in May 2009 you created 31 groups, 1673 posts, 3542 comments and discussed many BPM relevant subjects. 2000 people access the platform daily and 100 ARIS Express models have already been uploaded. Also, 15 Wallpapers were published, iPods were raffled and BPM addicts all over the world are networking busily. We also had one proposal of marriage. ;-)

    Problem Management (Process)

Using the classical Event driven process model type the process flow of the Problem Management process is displayed her. This model shows how the different core activities are logically and chronologically interwoven witch each other using functions and event object types. Furthermore all the interfaces to other ITIL processes are modeled so that an end-to-end process overview is achieved.
