    Problem Management (Process)

    Using the classical Event driven process model type the process flow of the Problem Management process is displayed her. This model shows how the different core activities are logically and chronologically interwoven witch each other using functions and event object types. Furthermore all the interfaces to other ITIL processes are modeled so that an end-to-end process overview is achieved.

    I just returned from our weekly ARIS Express status meeting and I want to give you an update about the current progress. Not even 2 months ago, we released ARIS Express to the public, but there are already 10.000 registered copies. People from all over the world are using ARIS Express and share their models here in ARIS Community. Currently, you can also win an iPod Touch if you share your ARIS Express model with ARIS Community members.
